March Classes and Spring/Summer Camps

 

Cost includes food and beverage, hands on instruction, and recipes.

Register for two or more classes or bring a friend and receive $5 off each class.

 

Cooking for Boys Only

     $35 per student
     Classes meet from 6pm to 8pm

Spring Break Day Camps

$50 per student, Ages 8 and up
Classes meet from 11am - 3pm

Students will prepare lunch, have an activity related to cooking and set a themed table.


Class #1 Monday, March 29th

     Pancetta Frittata
     Cheddar Biscuits
     Triple Chocolate Cookies

Activity: Setting a Spring Table and Craft

 

Class #2 Tuesday, March 30th

     Parmesan Crusted Chicken on Mixed Greens
     Cheese Sticks
     Strawberry Whipped Cream Cake

Activity: Plant a custom garden in a decorative Spring pot

 

Class #3 Wednesday, March 31st

     Chicken Roulade
     Herb Butter Green Beans
     Chocolate Souffle

Activity: Decorating Aprons

 

Summer Camps Schedule

3 day camp session - $200 per student, Ages 8 - 13

Classes meet from 11am - 4pm, Monday - Wednesday

     (Extended hours available, contact us for more details.)

Students will learn cooking skills, using new ingredients and create their own version of recipes.  They will learn to cook 2 snacks (veggie quesadillas, hummus, artichoke dip, etc), desserts, and lunches each day.  Other activities involve correct way to set a table, gardening and cooking with ingredients from the garden.

 

Session #1: June 21st - June 23rd

Lunches:    day 1 - Pasta and sauces, Salad with homemade dressings and vinaigrette,

                       day 2 - Chicken salad in tomato cups, crispy potato chips

                       day 3 -  Ham and cheese crepes

 

Session #2: June 28th - June 30th

Lunches:    day 1 - Handmade pizza dough, sauce and choice of toppings

                        day 2 - Pan roasted chicken with vegetables and herbs

                        day 3 - Mini meatloaves with mashed potatoes, tomato corn salad

  

Session #3 July 12th - July 14th

Lunches:    day 1 - Pasta salad, Cheddar Cheese Bread

                        day 2 - Calzones with tomato dipping sauce

                        day 3 - Chicken noodle soup and cheese sticks


Scheduled classes are held at Chef Around Town in Leesburg, VA.

We also teach teen and adult customized classes or birthday parties in your home.
